Brief Introduction of Jiangxi Provincial Design and Research Institute of Mechanical Industry
Jiangxi Provincial Design and Research Institute of Mechanical Industry was established in April 1960. With the development of industry and civil architecture works construction in our country, this institute becomes now a comprehensive design and research institute with strong technique force, rich technique human resource and advanced hardware equipment.
We mainly engaged in Project Suggestion's writing, Feasibility Study Report's writing, planning and initial design, construction documents' design, lump sum project contract, which are belong to whole or single architecture construction, technique renovation project, mechanical, electronic, light and civil industry project. Meanwhile, we offer technique and products renovation, technique service. This institute is a design institute majoring in industrial architecture. We have undertaken the responsibility of the architecture design of mechanical, electronic, light industry project and technique renovation project in whole province for a long time. We fulfilled a plenty of projects design, and accumulated rich experience on industrial architecture design. Now we have obvious technique advantage in industrial architecture design, we are competitive in market. For recent years, we have fulfilled a number of whole-plan and construction documents design for lots of large whole projects in Nanchang High and New-tech Zone, e.g. Jiangxi Hongtai Constructional Materials Group Co., China Mechanical Technique Co. Ltd. We completed hundreds of thousands square meters of steel construction factory building design, most of those buildings are finished and are in use now. Good economic benefit is obtained from those buildings.
There are about one hundred technicians in our institute, professional technicians occupy 85% of whole staff. Among those professional technicians, about 30 % are senior engineers, about ten persons are registered architects or registered structural engineers of Grade 1 or Grade 2, about 20 persons are state-level registered supervising engineers or costing engineers. Our institute is equipped with the best computers, which are installed with all kinds of advanced software. The rate of CAD drawing reaches 100%, the rate of good quality drawing reaches 100%. Since the institute establishment, we have finished design consultation of architecture projects of investment amounting to billions RMB Yuan all together, we have finished thousands of architecture projects' designs, many of which have won the first grade or the second grade prize of excellent design in the province, the prize of scientific and technical advancement in the province, the prize of excellent products and also the bronze medal prize at the national invention exhibition, and letters patent.
